RCI Hospitality Holdings Inc. recently revealed its plan to acquire the iconic Scarlet & Rasquo Casino located in the heart of Colorado. After formalizing the agreement with the city last month, RCI successfully concluded a $2.4 million deal, allowing them to introduce a new establishment called Rick’s Cabaret Steakhouse & Casino at 130 Main Street.
Alongside the proposed features, the Colorado game could potentially include high-quality sports betting services and a fully-equipped kitchen.

However, RCI has additional plans for the Colorado entertainment industry, including the establishment of the Rick Cabaret Steakhouse & Watts Casino.
RCI has plans to open a new game featuring a casino and nightclub, along with the potential Rick & Cabaret Steakhouse and Casino. The company expects the total cost of purchasing and renovating its upcoming Colorado games to be around $24 million.
There are plans to open a gals in the area as well. Bombshells is a table and pan business with a military theme. It is expected that the future Central City areas will be up and running by the holiday shopping season in 2025.
RCI’s rise of its presence is visible in the Greater Denver Area.
In Greenwood Village, outside of Central City, RCI presented an offer of $5.2 million to acquire Grange Food Hall in December. Currently, the area boasts several cafes, a video game arcade, and the renowned Little Dry Creek Brewery.
Additionally, the company intends to incorporate a compact Bombshells residence. Moreover, they will inquire with the manufacturer and home to develop distinctive craft beers that can be enjoyed at other locations within the RCI.
According to a publication by The Villager, Eric Langan, the CEO and chairman of RCI, claims that the expansion of his company in the Denver area is primarily driven by the demographics of the community.
The city, also known as Silicon Mountain, is emerging as a top tech hub and one of the best cities in the country for its population. It boasts a significant teenage population, making up nearly 25%.
Construction for A Bombshells in Aurora, anticipated to commence in April for a projected debut in 2025, could potentially be undertaken by RCI.

As of September 30, 2021-2022, RCI achieved a prosperous fiscal year, generating a revenue of $267.6 million. In the latest quarter, RCI recorded a revenue of $71.73 million, accompanied by a net income of $10.58 million.
In October 2021, the company accomplished its biggest consolidation to date by investing $88 million to acquire various games across six different states. This acquisition led to the inclusion of numerous strip clubs in the Denver area, such as Diamond Cabaret, La Boheme Gentlemen, PT & RSquo, and Centerfold Club, under the RCI brand.
