Starting from 5 p.m. today, additional restrictions will be implemented, resulting in casinos having to decrease their capacity from 50% to 25%.

We even have servers who have obtained accounting degrees and now work in our accounting department. Additionally, we have witnessed maids transition from housework to finance, and a security officer who eventually became the manager of their department. Therefore, we highly value helping our staff advance in their careers. Moreover, we are extremely enthusiastic about the current opportunity we have to hire a few hundred individuals. Given that many people are actively seeking employment, we are dedicated to assisting individuals in launching their careers, particularly in the mountainous region where we operate.

Monarch’s great entrance

Monarch is not exempt from the positive developments either.

Last week marked the debut of the first phase of the game’s new resort.

This comprises of three recently established restaurants, an expanded gaming area, and a conference venue.

The general public will have access to resort apartments starting from Wednesday.

As stated by Farahi:

There are two important points to highlight. Firstly, we conducted an agility test. Secondly, we announced our opening dates on the 19th and 16th, three days before actually opening. However, due to changing COVID-related restrictions during that time, our group has shown remarkable efficiency over the past nine months. I strongly believe that it has been a successful endeavor.

Casino grand openings are commonly linked with a bustling crowd and an elaborate ribbon-cutting ceremony, Farahi added.

We refrained from doing any of the mentioned activities. We did not implement any extensive advertising plan whatsoever. There was no grand opening ceremony; instead, we provided a three-day notice. It would be inappropriate to organize a large, crowded event during this time, and we made the conscious decision not to do so. The outcome was a pleasant start. Moreover, it allows us to modify our procedures in hopes of hosting a proper festival once we have overcome the challenges presented by COVID.

Currently, we do not have any dealers working as there are no table games available. Therefore, positions like dealer are currently vacant. Nevertheless, we anticipate a time when we will reintroduce table games and will need to hire 100 new dealers. We strongly encourage individuals interested in these positions to apply for alternative roles within our organization. By starting in a different position now, they can gain experience and be ready to transition smoothly into the table game department once it is operational again.
