The investigation conducted by the Colorado Division of Gaming has been finalized.
The Department of Gaming has cleared Barstool Sportsbook of any wrongdoing, more than two weeks after Colorado bettor James Salinas voiced his complaint about his treatment during an April visit to the Ameristar Casino & BarStool Sportsbook in Black Hawk.
In the letter sent to Salinas last month, it is now considered that the Colorado sports betting issue is finalized.
