Gilpin County is currently classified as Level Yellow: Concern on the COVID-19 color band, falling under the Safer At Home category.
CDPHE notified the county in a recent letter that although occurrence rates currently match Level Orange, they will eventually implement restrictions in accordance with Level Yellow.
This order’s impact goes beyond board games; it also affects other areas.
In addition, there is a restriction on alcohol sales beyond 11 p.m., while casinos are mandated to maintain a maximum capacity of 100 individuals.
