A new luxury casino and hotel are soon to grace Cripple Creek.
When completed in April 2022, it will provide the city with its first lavish guest rooms.
On Tuesday, Full House Resorts revealed the name of their new project, Chamonix Casino Hotel, situated at the center of the historic mining city.
As per the press release, Chamonix has the potential to bring an elevated sense of sophistication and tranquility to Cripple Creek.
Construction on the project has recently commenced, and if you were wondering about the location, it will be right next to the company’s current Bronco Billy’s Casino.
Based on the press release, Chamonix is expected to feature an extensive casino gaming section, along with 300 guest rooms of four-star quality and luxurious Club suites.
Chamonix to roughly double the lodge power in Cripple Creek
The hotel capacity of the town will nearly double as the Chamonix is added.
The symbol «&» holds great significance for both the town and Teller County, both of which have experienced economic setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
With respect to the expected additional features for the position:
- large gathering and agreement space that can accommodate concerts
- Pool on the roof
- opulent salon
- There is a car available that is capable of self-parking and has the capacity to accommodate 300 vehicles.

The Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek will significantly increase the town’s hotel capacity by adding 300 new guest rooms and VIP suites. With the addition of these accommodations, visitors can enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of Pikes Peak and its surroundings through various activities like hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, coal hunting, and exploring nearby gold-mining activities and traditional trains. Moreover, Chamonix guarantees exceptional dining and resort experiences in the Rocky Mountain region, along with an exhilarating casino for the ultimate entertainment.

To address parking and hotel concerns during the construction of Chamonix, Full House has made the decision to acquire multiple land parcels and Carr Manor, a nearby historic bed-and-breakfast inn with 15 rooms, situated just 0.5 blocks away from Bronco Billy & .
The land and real estate purchases, as mentioned in the launch notes, are expected to be completed in early April 2021, subject to the usual requirements and due diligence. The total cost is estimated to be approximately $3.4 million.
To ease any inconvenience caused during the construction phase, guests will have the option of enjoying free valet parking or using additional self-parking lots. Furthermore, a complimentary welcome bus service will be provided to transport guests to the game.
As expected, the rooms at Broncos Billy will gradually become unusable over time due to ongoing construction work.
When that happens, the acquisition of the Carr Manor comes into play.
Visitors can enjoy a short walk from Bronco Billy & the manor, but regular shuttle service will also be provided.
Bronco Billy & has been renovated.
Bronco Billy & Co’s strategy includes a comprehensive renovation plan for the 29-year-old blackjack once Chamonix is completed. The aim is to have Bronco Billy and Co fully refurbished by the summer of 2025.
In the release titled «& , The New Bronco Billy & ,» Lee states that the movie will maintain its Western theme and be renamed as «Brongo Billy.» Additionally, it will be affiliated with the nearby Chamonix Casino Hotel, & dqua. Any loyalty points earned at Bronco Billy today can be redeemed once Chamonix opens, and vice versa. & rdquo.
Amendment C, which was approved last November, grants casinos the authority to introduce additional table games and eliminate betting limits.
